Responsibilities**:
1. **Data Entry**: Efficiently enter, update, and maintain data into computer systems and databases with high accuracy.

2. **System Operation**: Perform routine computer operations including starting up and shutting down systems, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.

3. **File Management**: Organize and manage electronic files and documents, ensuring they are stored securely and are easily retrievable when needed.

4. **Report Generation**: Generate reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as required, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.

5. **Communication**: Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth flow of information and data exchange.

6. **Adherence to Procedures**: Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

7. **Maintain Equipment**: Ensure computer equipment and peripherals are maintained and in good working condition; report any issues promptly to the appropriate personnel.

**Requirements**:
1.**Technical Skills**: Proficient in basic computer operations including data entry, file management, and familiarity with common office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).

2. **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and documentation.

3. **Communication Skills**: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.

4. **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when necessary.

5. **Organisational Skills**: Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.

6. **Reliability**: Dependable and punctual, able to consistently adhere to work schedules and deadlines.
