Job Title: Data Entry & Computer Operator

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any discrepancies.

Organize and maintain digital files and records in a systematic manner.

Perform web browsing tasks for research, data collection, and information verification.

Create, format, and manage spreadsheets in both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, utilizing formulas, functions, and formatting tools as needed.

Prepare and sort documents for data entry.

Scan documents and print files, when needed.

Retrieve data from various sources as requested.

Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.

Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

Adhere to data integrity and security policies.

Perform other general computer operation tasks and administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Computer Operator, or similar role.

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (creating spreadsheets, using formulas, formatting, data sorting, VLOOKUPs desirable).

Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (similar functionalities to Excel, sharing, collaboration).

Fast and accurate typing skills.

Proficient in web browsing for research and data gathering.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills (written and verbal).

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in computer operation or data entry is a plus.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
