**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain company databases and CRM systems.
- Perform data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Generate reports, presentations, and other business-related documents.
- Ensure data accuracy and secure handling of confidential information.
- Provide administrative support to the business development team.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and coordinate with IT support when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic IT skills and knowledge of office equipment operation.
