Job Advertisement: Tele Sales and Field Representative

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you Our company is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tele Sales and Field Representative to join our dynamic sales team.

**Responsibilities**:
Endlessly Call Leads: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, follow up on leads, and continuously engage with prospects to nurture relationships and drive sales.

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, industry trends, and market opportunities to generate new leads and expand the customer base.

Follow-up New Leads: Diligently follow up with leads from various sources, such as online inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns, to convert them into active customers.

Sales Closure: Use persuasive sales techniques to effectively communicate product benefits and services, address customer concerns, and successfully close sales.

Customer Query Resolution: Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and providing appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Maintain Records: Accurately and comprehensively document all customer interactions, leads, sales, and other relevant information in the CRM system.

Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall company objectives and provide valuable market feedback.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in tele sales, field sales, or a related role, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential customers.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.

A proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for field sales as required.

High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
