Job Description: US Non IT Recruiter (2-3 years of experience)

Location: Remote Allowed

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
3. Collaborate with Team Leads to understand job requirements.

4. Review and analyze resumes and technical qualifications and match them to the requirements of the positions.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

2. Proven work experience of 2-3 years as a Recruiter, preferably in technical/engineering recruitment.

5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

9. Strong knowledge of US tax terms such and W2, C2C and 1099

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
