Key role and responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for cosmetology professionals, covering a range of topics such as new treatments, skincare procedures, product usage, and safety protocols.

2. Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and hands-on demonstrations, to facilitate effective learning experiences.

3. Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for individuals and groups, ensuring that content is delivered clearly and effectively.

4. Collaborate with product development teams to stay updated on new products and technologies, and incorporate this knowledge into training materials and programs.

5. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to cosmetology professionals, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance as needed.

6. Evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

7. Stay informed about industry regulations, best practices, and emerging trends in cosmetology education, and incorporate relevant updates into training content.

8. Travel to various locations as needed to deliver training sessions, attend industry events, and represent the company at conferences or trade shows.

Qualifications:

- BDS
- Cidesco Certified
- Bachelor's degree in cosmetology, esthetics, education, or a related field.
- Licensed cosmetologist or esthetician with significant practical experience in the beauty industry.
- Proven experience as a trainer or educator, preferably in a cosmetology or skincare context.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed for training sessions and events.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development in the cosmetology field.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
