1] Attend to client visits at the site. Ensure all the relevant details of the lead are entered in the system.
2 ]Prepare the client engagement plan for the leads assigned by marketing team in consultation with Sales Manager, including client visits/calls with their dates and agenda. Record the details discussed with the clients.
3 ]Conduct background check on target clients/leads to evaluate sale potential and risks and provide feedback to Sales Manager.
4] Prepare a daily/weekly/monthly follow-up task list and follow up on all leads/prospective clients. Enter the details of the follow-up in the system. Update the next follow-up date/stage if the lead is still active or close the lead with relevant justification.
5 ]For leads that are lost, take client’s feedback on the reasons using Feedback Form. Support the management team in addressing client queries and concerns related to the sale process.
6 ]For all sales that are confirmed, coordinate for booking formalities, payments, correspondence of relevant pending documents from both client and company perspective. Keep record of all such activities.
7 ]Support sales manager by tracking the execution of sale and keeping customers informed of progress, follow-ups on demand notes, late payment notices and delivery dates.
8 ]Manage client’s issues/escalations by engaging with relevant teams. Report all issues/escalations to Management team through daily status calls and weekly team meetings.
9 ]At the time of completion of construction, get satisfaction agreement signed by the client. Ensure that the sale deed and possession handover are executed as per company’s process.
10 ] After the handover has been completed, send Client feedback form to the client, and follow up to get it filled. Obtain feedback from client. Arrange feedback calls in case of adverse ratings.
12 ]If a client cancels a confirmed sale, conduct a proper follow up of the case and identify issues. Escalate the issue to sales manager and management team.
13 ]Process cancellation process as advised by management team. Ensure that the client feels comfortable and that all necessary details are taken care of.
14 ]Establish active communication and engagement with marketing & sales team to ensure that leads are responded to and orders are processed on time.
15 ]Attend daily status calls and weekly/monthly team meetings to assess status of various leads and initiatives in the company.
16 ]Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's offerings.
