**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Prospective Student Engagement**: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing comprehensive information about academic programs, admissions procedures, and campus facilities.
- **Counseling and Guidance**: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand student aspirations and recommend suitable programs, ensuring alignment with their career goals.
- **Information Sessions and Campus Tours**: Organize and conduct information sessions, campus tours, and open houses to showcase the institution's offerings and facilities.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospective students, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.Experian
- **Collaboration with Marketing Team**: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for student recruitment and retention.Expertia
- **Feedback and Reporting**: Collect feedback from prospective students and provide insights to improve the admissions process and overall student experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A Master's degree in Education or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or a related field, preferably within the education sector.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with students and parents.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Internshala
- **Sales Orientation**: Ability to promote and sell the institution's programs effectively.
