Job Role: Business Development Executive (Study Abroad)

As a **BDE**, you’ll be responsible for **promoting Standyou’s study abroad programs** and **helping students find the right courses, universities, and scholarships**.
Your ultimate goal is to **convert inquiries into enrollments** and build **strong, long-term relationships** with students.

Key Responsibilities
- **Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and connect with students aspiring to study abroad.
- Promote Standyou’s services according to their goals.
- **Counseling & Consultation**:

- Understand each student’s academic profile, interests, and budget.
- Suggest suitable programs, scholarships, or test-prep options.
- **Sales & Enrollments**:

- Convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, and counseling sessions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Maintain continuous engagement with students and parents.
- Support them through the entire admission process.
- **Market Insights**:

- Stay updated on country-wise study trends, visa policies, and scholarships.
- Provide feedback to improve marketing and service offerings.
- **Reporting & Coordination**:

- Maintain lead reports and conversion data.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams for smooth workflow.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree (any stream)
- **Experience**: Minimum 1.5 years in **Sales, Counselling, or IT/Education Sales**:

- **Skills**:

- Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills
- **Attributes**:

- Self-motivated & target-driven
- Positive, customer-centric attitude
- Ability to work independently or in a team
