**Job Summary**:
Radicon Laboratories Ltd is looking for a motivated **Production Officer** with **1-2 years of experience** in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The role involves supervising production activities, ensuring compliance with **GMP guidelines**, and coordinating with different departments to maintain product quality and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing daily **pharmaceutical production** operations.
- Ensure adherence to **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor **production processes** to maintain quality standards and minimize waste.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including **batch records and production logs**.
- Coordinate with **QA, QC, and Warehouse teams** for smooth production flow.
- Support training of production staff on operational and safety procedures.
- Assist in troubleshooting **manufacturing issues** and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure proper utilization of resources, including **machinery and manpower**.
- Participate in **equipment validation, calibration, and maintenance** activities.
- Prepare reports on **production performance and efficiency**.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.**:

- **1-2 years of experience** in pharmaceutical production or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of **GMP, WHO guidelines, and regulatory requirements**.
- Experience in handling **solid dosage forms, liquids, injectables, or ointments** (as applicable).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced manufacturing environment**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)** for documentation and reporting.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of **process validation and equipment qualification**.
- Exposure to **Marg** for production management.
