**Job Title**: Production Executive

**Reporting To**: Production Manager / Plant Head
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
The Production Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery of products. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production targets while maintaining Inventory and Quality controls.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day production operations to meet production schedules.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to quality control standards and operational procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation of production logs, material usage, and shift reports.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and inventory teams for smooth workflow.
- Optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Train and guide shop floor workers and operators on standard procedures.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare production reports and assist in root cause analysis of production issues.
- Support implementation of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar production or operations role.
- Strong understanding of production planning, quality standards, and inventory systems.
- Familiarity with ERP software and MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
