**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Associate to drive outreach, engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation through strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves working closely with universities, schools, and corporate entities, managing BTL activities, coordinating events, and collaborating with creative teams to enhance market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieving the required goal in terms of numbers of the registrations/participants will be the prime KRA.
- Deliver impactful presentations to universities, schools, and colleges.
- Plan and execute BTL activities, including events, fairs, and webinars.
- Design and implement opportunities to foster community outreach, brand awareness, and engagement with services
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions for partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate with the creative team for marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Handle vendor relationships
- Organize and participate in university fairs, college events, corporate events, seminars, and webinars.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Conduct market research and gather consumer behavior data
- Assist with campaign development, digital marketing, and branding
- Help organize events like webinars, trade shows, and product launches

**Must-Have Skills**:

- 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, marketing and outreach.
- Content creation and copywriting.
- Social media management across various platforms.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Good-to-Have Skills**:

- Presentations to universities and educational institutions.
- Expertise in BTL activities and event marketing.
- SEO strategy and execution.
- Strong team player and leadership abilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
- Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing with a focus on educational and corporate sectors.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
