**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated **Store Supervisor** to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our production process within the **Powder Coating Department**.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**1. Supervision of Production Activities**: Directly oversee day-to-day production activities, including scheduling, assigning tasks to the work force, and monitoring workflow to ensure efficient and timely completion of production tasks.

**2*. **Team Management*: Lead and manage production teams, including operators, technicians, and other production personnel. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members perform their roles effectively and adhere to safety and quality standards.

**3.** **Resource Allocation**: Allocate resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials effectively to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. Coordinate with the production manager to ensure optimal utilization of resources.

**4. Quality Control**: Monitor production processes and outputs to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

**5. Production Planning and Reporting**: Assist in production planning by providing input on production schedules, resource requirements, and capacity planning. Generate production reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to the production manager.

**6. Problem-solving**: Identify production-related issues, investigate root causes, and collaborate teams to implement solutions and prevent recurrence of problems. Proactively address production challenges to minimize disruptions and improve efficiency.

**7. Training and Development**: Facilitate training programs for production team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and competencies. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the production department.

**8. Inventory Management**: Assist in inventory control activities, such as monitoring inventory levels, conducting inventory audits, and coordinating with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials for production.

**9. Communication and Coordination**: Maintain open and effective communication channels within the production team and with other departments such as maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, address customer requirements, and achieve production goals.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Preference: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Min. Graduate
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Understanding of quality control and assurance processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Preferred Skills**
- Education in **Paint Shop Technology**:

- Proven experience in **powder coating production** line.
- Knowledge of powder **coating processes, equipment, and materials**.
- Preferred Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi.
- Computer Proficiency: MS Word, Excel, PPT

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
