
Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Expansion**: Identify and onboard **dealers, distributors, and retailers** for our brand.
- **Brand Visibility**: Promote our products in the local sanitaryware market, build relationships, and increase brand recognition.
- **Project Sales**: Identify **residential and commercial project opportunities**, connect with builders, contractors, and architects to secure bulk orders.
- **Client Engagement**: Regularly visit and follow up with **distributors, retailers, builders, and project managers**.
- **Travel Ready**: Willing to **travel within the city and nearby areas** to meet potential clients and close deals.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum **5+ years in sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, or building materials industry**.
- **Network**: Must have **existing connections** with dealers, distributors, and project decision-makers.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently on a **commission-based** structure.
