**Hiring for Corporate Lawyer "Legal Compliance"**

**Requirement**

1. Handle Corporate cases

2. Law degree

**Job Responsibilities include**:
1. Build and maintain relationship with various internal stakeholders in Foundation and work with relevant teams of ICICI Bank wherever required

2. Understand the project proposals from the compliance risk perspective and provide inputs

3. Full scale secretarial role from convening meetings to circulating minutes

4. Compliance with the approval conditions to be monitored and tracked

5. Scrutinise documentation wrt to compliance / specific requirements outlined

6. Drafting of notes / proposals as may be required

7. Reporting of activities and projects as required internally / for external reporting purposes

8. MIS as required from time to time

9. System development / improvement for workflow automation

10. Coordination with various teams across the Group on funding, issuance of letters of support, receipts, projections, reporting and compliance matters

11. Coordination with internal / external auditors and taxation experts

12. Development of policies, processes and documenting best practices

13. Industry benchmarking of CSR activities and specific market research on projects/ activities / potential activities that can be undertaken

14. Keeping abreast with regulatory and reporting requirements from various regulators

15. Developing industry contacts for understanding the opinion / view of market players on various aspects of the CSR activities / regulations

16. Review / audit of projects including onsite visits at project locations

17. Actively work on streamlining and digitizing processes

18. Any other activity in any function / vertical, as may be required

**Salary**: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
