We have an opening for a Corporate lawyer for Nariman point location. who can handle all corporate liasoning work.

A person will be responsible for below role:
1. Domain knowledge.

2. Sound knowledge of Company Law and Secretarial Practice

3. Good drafting skills

4. Should have a good command on language.

5. Vetting of Agreements and other legal documents

6. File and maintain legal records, documents and managing folders

7. Renewal and Application of Trademarks

8. Providing documents to legal firm for litigation matters and Coordination

9. Renewal of Insurance Policies i.e., Vehicle, Fire and Office Policies

10. Vetting of Secretarial documents

Salary Range: 25000 to 35000 pm
