**On-Site Tele caller cum Front Office Receptionist**

**Location: Trivandrum, Kerala**

**Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm**

**Role Overview**:
As an on-site tele caller cum front office receptionist, you will play a crucial role in managing the first impressions of our computer service center. You’ll be the face of our company, welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and our technical team. Your organizational skills, friendly demeanor, and attention to detail will contribute to the efficient functioning of our front office.

**Responsibilities**:
**Visitor Management**:

- Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive at the office.
- Mark their presence in the visitor log after welcoming them.

**Customer Interaction**:

- Take requirements from customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, or in-person visits.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and ensure accurate understanding.

**Coordination with Technical Team**:

- Communicate customer requirements promptly to the technical section.
- Ensure seamless information flow between customers and technicians.

**Quoting and Follow-Up**:

- Provide customers with quotes for services or repairs.
- Follow up with customers to confirm sales orders.

**Settlements and Documentation**:

- Follow up with customers for payment settlements.
- Maintain records of all interactions, updates, and transactions.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing activities.

**Office Maintenance**:

- Keep the front desk area tidy and presentable.
- Ensure all necessary stationery and materials are available.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Customer-service oriented.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
