**About the Role**:
Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person technical training in line with industry-recognized best practices on Cyber Security and Ethical hacking.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions on Ethical Hacking, covering CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) curriculum.

Curriculum Development: Develop and update training materials, including presentations, labs, and practical exercises to ensure alignment with industry standards and emerging cyber security trends

Hands-On Demonstrations: Provide hands-on demonstrations of hacking techniques, tools, and methodologies, fostering a practical understanding of ethical hacking concepts among participants.

Individual and Group Assessments: Assess participants’ progress through individual and group assignments, quizzes, and exams, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of ethical hacking principles

Stay Updated: Keep up to date of the latest developments in cyber security, ethical hacking, and relevant technologies to continually enhance the training program’s content

Mentorship: Offer guidance and mentorship to participants, assisting them in developing practical skills and preparing for industry certifications

Lab Environment Management: Set up and maintain a virtual lab environment for hands-on training, ensuring a secure and controlled space for practical learning.

**Requirements**:
Certifications: Hold relevant certifications such as CEH or other industry-recognized ethical hacking certifications.

Experience: Demonstrated experience in ethical hacking, penetration testing, or related cybersecurity roles. Previous experience as a trainer or educator is preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt training content based on participants’ varying skill levels and learning styles.

Continuous Learning: Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving field of cyber security.

**Desirable**:
Certifications: Hold relevant certifications such as CEH or other industry-recognized ethical hacking certifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
