**Job Overview**: As a **Cybersecurity Trainer**, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing cybersecurity training programs for ShapeMySkills learners. You will teach foundational and advanced cybersecurity concepts, provide hands-on training with real-world scenarios, and ensure that learners are well-prepared for certification exams and industry roles. Your expertise will help shape the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive cybersecurity training programs, both in-person and online.
- Create comprehensive course materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, quizzes, and assessments.
- Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and best practices to ensure course content is current and relevant.
- Train students in key areas such as network security, ethical hacking, threat management, incident response, cryptography, and cloud security.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to learners, helping them gain practical skills and knowledge.
- Prepare students for industry-recognized certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CISSP, and more.
- Monitor and assess learners’ progress, providing constructive feedback to improve their skills.
- Conduct webinars, workshops, and practical sessions to enhance hands-on learning.
- Collaborate with the ShapeMySkills curriculum development team to continuously improve course offerings.
- Support the marketing team with content and insights on cybersecurity trends to help attract potential learners.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related role, with practical expertise in areas such as network security, penetration testing, and risk management.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching cybersecurity concepts.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH, or CISM are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to learners with varying skill levels.
- Proficiency with cybersecurity tools, software, and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners).
- Ability to create engaging course content and learning materials for both theoretical and practical components.
- Passion for education, mentoring, and helping others succeed in their cybersecurity careers.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and technologies is a plus.
