**Book My Kitty**is India’s first organized platform dedicated to curating, managing, and revolutionizing kitty parties. We connect financially independent women with premium lifestyle experiences, sponsored gifts, and entertainment at partner venues. Our mission is to redefine kitty parties through structured management, creative engagement, and strategic collaborations.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Event Execution & Promotion**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute branded kitty parties and RWA/society-level micro-events (fashion shows, cook-offs, contests).
- Promote Book My Kitty’s plans (Platinum, Gold, Silver) to women communities across Noida and Delhi NCR.
- Develop promotional strategies to generate leads and footfall for each event.
- **Partnerships & Outreach**:

- Liaise with restaurants, cafes, and venue partners for event tie-ups and branding collaborations.
- Collaborate with local influencers, societies, and vendors for promotions and co-marketing opportunities.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Assist in designing event-specific marketing material including banners, invites, and sponsor branding.
- Collect feedback and performance metrics from each event for performance tracking and future improvement.
- **Client & Guest Engagement**:

- Act as a point-of-contact during events to ensure smooth guest experience and sponsor visibility.
- Engage with potential hosts and customers to explain the benefits of hosting a kitty through Book My Kitty.

**Key Skills Required**
- Strong knowledge of **event planning**, **on-ground activations**, and **community engagement**.
- Excellent **communication and negotiation skills**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office**, basic design tools, and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics and timing.
- Ability to **work under pressure**, manage multiple events simultaneously, and adapt quickly to field conditions.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
- Prior experience in **women-centric events**, **brand activations**, or **community marketing** is preferred.
- Hindi and English fluency is mandatory; knowledge of local dialects is a plus.
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally for events will be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
