**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Job Responsibilities**:

- keeping a constant check on stock levels;
- Coordination between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers;
- Purchasing the materials
- Collecting quotations from the suppliers / vendors
- Generating purchase orders in the software after taking approval from Commercial Head
- Negotiating prices and commercial terms of supplies
- Handling and managing vendors
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received
- Preparing the GRN note for the goods that have passes the QC analysis and transferring the goods to the RM/PG stores
- Arrange dispatches of rejected goods back to the vendors with closing of all related documents
- Etc.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Good Negotiation Skill, Good communication Skill
- Qualification : Graduates (With Science field i.e. Chemistry, biology)
- Experience : 5 -8 Yrs with Pharma,food and water industry
- Salary : 10K to 20K PM
- No. of opening : 1

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
