Job Summary:
The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing the procurement process to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services at optimal costs. This role involves vendor management, negotiation, and coordination with various departments to meet organizational needs effectively.

Products - Housekeeping cleaning material, Stationery, Interior renovation, electrical - maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Vendor Management**: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability. Maintain relationships with existing vendors and explore new suppliers.
- **Purchase Order Management**: Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Monitor order status and follow up with suppliers as necessary.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve the best value for the company while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new products to make informed purchasing decisions. Conduct market analysis to assess supplier performance.
- **Inventory Control**: Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.
- **Cost Analysis**: Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier agreements, and pricing. Prepare reports for management review.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (e.g., finance, production, and logistics) to align purchasing activities with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in [industry-specific experience].
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Analytical skills for data analysis and problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
