**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Source and procure electrical materials and components as per project and inventory requirements
- Evaluate vendor quotes and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines
- Maintain purchase records and prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Coordinate with the store, accounts, and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials
- Monitor inventory levels and plan orders to avoid stock outs or overstocking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the procurement process
- Assist in developing procurement strategies to optimize costs and efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Minimum experience in purchasing, preferably within the MEP **& Panel** Manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of electrical materials, components, and market trends
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Tally ERP is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Immediate joiner preferred
