**Job Description**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to join our team. As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for managing the company's procurement process and ensuring the timely and efficient procurement of goods and services. Your role will involve coordinating with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate records of purchases.

**Responsibilities**:
Procurement Management:Identify the company's purchasing needs and develop procurement strategies.
Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and ensure adherence to procurement policies.
Monitor supplier performance, resolve any issues, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Maintain a database of approved suppliers and update supplier information regularly.

Purchase Order Processing:Receive purchase requisitions from various departments and review for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Coordinate with suppliers to track order status, resolve any delays or discrepancies, and communicate updates to the relevant stakeholders.
Monitor inventory levels, anticipate demand, and place orders to replenish stock in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies during the procurement process.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.
Generate reports on purchasing activities, including cost analysis, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with procurement guidelines.

Cost Optimization and Budgeting:Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective procurement strategies.
Monitor and control procurement expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Analyze market trends, research new suppliers, and explore alternative sourcing options to optimize costs and improve efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using procurement software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes.
