FULL-TIME- (PUNE- )- 8 YEARS EXPERIENCE**Location**: Pune

**Qualifications**: BE/BTech Tier 1, Tier 2 Institutes

**Experience**: 6-8 Years. (3+ years relevant experience).

**Preferred target Companies**: A combination of Start-up experience and Large Organizations would be preferred

**Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities**
- Ensuring constant and close communication with the development team and between their members through daily

briefings, where there are new ideas and technological decisions arise and the most important issues are resolved
- Work with Product Manager to manage and prioritize product backlog. Also, works with the Product Manager and

the development team to ensure the team members can move forward with development with no impediments, and

that the Scrum practices are carried out.
- Facilitate all standard agile cadence practices including Daily Stand Up, Release Planning, Retrospectives, Backlog

refinement activities and more.
- Keep the team focused on deliverables, remove obstacles and resolve any conflicts that are hampering the agile

team’s productivity.
- Help the team in estimating the sprint & increasing the velocity. Responsible to keep a track of sprint delivery and

report any risk to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments and management to enhance communication and transparency.
- Monitor and report on Agile metrics and team performance using information radiators such as burndown charts,

release predictability charts and other progress reports
- Facilitate and drive continuous improvement within and across teams.

**Experience & Education**:

- BE/B-Tech from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institute
- Overall Experience of 6-8 Years with 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience as developer & CSM certification is a plus.
- Industry experience in Travel segment preferred but not mandatory
- Working in regulation with industry-standard best practices in close coordination with integration and deployment

team.
- DevOps engineer must have effective leadership and cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
