Job Title: IT Research Staff Member

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Conducting research on various topics related to the company's technology interests

Collaborating with other researchers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of technology solutions

Providing technical expertise and support to the organization

Writing reports, papers, and other research outputs for internal and external audiences

Presenting research findings to stakeholders, conferences, and other public venues

Keeping abreast of developments in the field and contributing to the company's knowledge base

Mentoring and guiding junior researchers, interns, and students as needed

Ensuring the security and integrity of the company's technology systems

**Requirements**:
A degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or software engineering

At least 2-3 years of relevant research experience, preferably in a corporate or academic setting

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Knowledge of research ethics and best practices

Experience with project management and grant writing is a plus
