**Responsibilities**:
As the ICU and OT Incharge at our esteemed 100-bed hospital in Vishakhapatnam, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the critical care and surgical units. You should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience and a comprehensive understanding of emergency medical procedures, including RT insertion, catheterization, intubation, CPR, and BLS. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring patient safety, managing a skilled team of medical professionals, and delivering exceptional patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a team of medical staff in the ICU and OT departments.
- Oversee patient care, ensuring the highest quality and adherence to protocols.
- Coordinate and execute emergency procedures such as RT insertion, catheterization, intubation, CPR, and BLS.
- Collaborate with medical practitioners, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Monitor and manage the availability of medical supplies, equipment, and medications.
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations, and infection control protocols.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Participate in regular training and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) degree.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ICU and Operating Theater settings.
- Proficiency in emergency procedures, including RT insertion, catheterization, intubation, CPR, and BLS.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse medical team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.
- Knowledge of relevant medical equipment and technologies.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic and challenging healthcare environments.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license from a recognized regulatory body.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 50 per week

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
