Job Title: Market Research Team Member

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

Gathering and interpreting data using various research methods and tools

Developing surveys, questionnaires, and other research instruments

Conducting interviews and focus groups with customers, prospects, and other stakeholders

Analyzing and interpreting data using statistical software and other tools

Creating reports and presentations that communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders

Keeping abreast of developments in the field and contributing to the company's knowledge base

Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to identify and address market research needs

**Requirements**:
A degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business administration, or statistics

At least 2-3 years of relevant market research experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS or SAS

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Knowledge of research ethics and best practices

Experience with survey design, data collection, and analysis is a plus
