
Front Office Receptionist

We are seeking a professional Front Office Receptionist to join our educational institute. As the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment.
**Responsibilities**:
Greet and Welcome: Warmly greet all incoming students, parents, and visitors, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
Front Desk Operations: Handle incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate personnel, and manage inquiries from students and parents.
Visitor Management: Register and guide visitors to the appropriate departments, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
Appointment Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments for student counseling, meetings, and other administrative tasks.
Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information about the institute's programs, courses, and services to students and parents.
Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, preparing documents, and organizing files.
Courier and Mail Handling: Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages, as well as manage outgoing correspondence.
Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Collaborate: Work closely with other departments to facilitate communication and support various administrative tasks.
Student Relations: Develop a rapport with students, parents, and staff, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; Graduate/Post Graduate.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage various tasks efficiently.
Ability to multitask and handle inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor, projecting a positive image of the institute.
Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations and provide solutions.
Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
