**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **BIM Modeling & Coordination**:

- Develop and maintain accurate 3D structural BIM models for building structures, foundations, and other related components.
- Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the structural elements within the overall BIM framework.
- Coordinate the structural design with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) to resolve clashes and conflicts early in the design phase using BIM tools.
- **Design & Drafting Support**:

- Assist in preparing detailed structural drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring all designs are captured within the BIM environment (using Revit, Tekla Structures, or similar).
- Ensure that all structural models comply with industry standards, building codes, and client requirements.
- **Clash Detection & Problem Solving**:

- Perform clash detection between structural, MEP, and architectural systems using BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, Revit) to identify, address, and resolve potential conflicts.
- Propose design modifications or construction methods to resolve any conflicts found during the coordination process.
- **Project Management Support**:

- Support project management teams in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of BIM models and project documentation.
- Assist in project scheduling and planning by ensuring that BIM models align with construction timelines and project milestones.
- Contribute to the preparation and updating of BIM execution plans and protocols for structural design work.
- **Quality Assurance & Compliance**:

- Conduct quality checks of BIM models to ensure accuracy and consistency across the project lifecycle.
- Ensure structural design meets all relevant standards, regulations, and codes throughout the modeling and construction process.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, or a related field
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on BIM and structural modeling.
- Proficient in using BIM software such as Revit, Tekla Structures, Navisworks, or similar.
- Previous experience working on large-scale construction projects, with a strong understanding of structural systems and their integration into the BIM environment.
- **Skills**:

- Expertise in 3D structural modeling and detailing using BIM tools.
- Strong understanding of structural design principles, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform clash detection and resolution effectively using BIM software.

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Experience with advanced BIM tools such as Dynamo, Grasshopper, or other scripting languages for automating design and modeling tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Continuous learning attitude to stay updated with new BIM trends and structural design technologies.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
