**ob Title**: Coordination Executive (Female)

**Location**: West Delhi

**Reports To**: MD

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with **internal departments** for daily operational requirements.
- Maintain and update **daily reports, MIS, and documentation** accurately.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups as per management requirements.
- Assist in preparing **presentations, reports, and other official documents**.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with concerned departments for task completion.
- Manage **travel arrangements, courier, and other administrative support activities**.
- Maintain **professional communication and decorum** in all interactions.
- Support management in day-to-day coordination tasks efficiently.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with strong sense of responsibility and discipline.

**Qualification**:

- Graduate in any stream (preferably BBA / BA / B.Com).
- Minimum 3-5 **years of experience** in coordination / admin / back office roles.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also be considered.

**Salary Range**: [As per company norms]

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
