**Kingsmead**, a leading consultancy in **Study Abroad & Work Abroad solutions**, is seeking dedicated and articulate **Telecallers** to join our dynamic team. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for helping individuals achieve their global career and education goals, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
- Explain Kingsmead's services related to study and work opportunities abroad.
- Generate interest and set up appointments with our counsellors.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Respond to incoming queries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM knowledge preferred).
- Fluent in **Hindi** with basic to intermediate **English**.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus (freshers are welcome).
