**Job Summary**:
The Admin Head will oversee the day-to-day operations of Kharghar Multispeciality Hospital, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments. This role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, managing resources, improving patient services, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Oversight**:

- Manage the daily operations of all hospital departments including outpatient, inpatient, emergency, diagnostic, and support services.
- Implement and monitor key operational procedures to ensure the efficient use of resources, including staff, equipment, and facilities.
- **Staff Management**:

- Supervise, train, and develop hospital staff, ensuring a high standard of patient care and service delivery.
- Maintain good rapport with the staff and handle employee grievances.
- Train front office staff on various aspects like patient query handling, taking reviews etc.
- **Patient Experience**:

- Focus on improving patient satisfaction through quality care and efficient service.
- Handle patient grievances and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- **Compliance & Quality Control**:

- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and accreditation standards.
- Work with the quality management team to maintain clinical and operational standards.
- **Financial & Resource Management**:

- Oversee budgeting, procurement, and inventory management to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Implement strategies to manage operational costs while maintaining quality patient care.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Contribute to the hospital’s long-term growth by identifying operational improvements and innovation opportunities.
- Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing hospital services and operational efficiency.
- **Safety & Risk Management**:

- Implement safety protocols to ensure the safety of patients, staff, and visitors.
- Monitor risk factors within the hospital and take proactive measures to mitigate them.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in hospital operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze operational performance, and implement process improvements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
