Position: Online Boot Camp Anchor

Work Mode: Remote (Online Sessions)

**Salary**: Hourly Basis

**Job Type**: Part-time/Freelance

**What You’ll Do**:

- Host and present engaging online boot camp sessions
- Communicate fluently in English and Hindi to a diverse audience
- Keep the energy high and engage participants effectively
- Coordinate with trainers and ensure smooth session flow

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Confident, energetic, and camera-friendly personality
- Fluent in both English and Hindi
- Prior experience in anchoring, hosting, or public speaking is a plus

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Hindi, Performing Arts, or any related field (Preferred but not mandatory).

**Experience & Skills**:

- Mandatory: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Preferred: Confident in anchoring, hosting, public speaking, content presentation, or training.
- Confident on-camera presence and ability to engage a live audience.
- Strong sense of humor, storytelling, and audience interaction.
- Basic technical knowledge of online streaming platforms (Zoom, YouTube Live, Google Meet, etc.) is a plus.

**Personality Traits**:

- Energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable in front of a camera.
- Ability to handle live interactions and engage participants actively.
- Passionate about education, fitness, or self-improvement (a plus).
- If someone has natural confidence and a great speaking style, they are encouraged to apply—even without prior experience
