**Urgent Hiring | AI/ML + NLP Lead | Trivandrum / Hybrid / Remote | Immediate Joiners Only**

We are urgently looking for a **key anchor resource** who can **lead, mentor, and deliver production-grade AI/ML solutions** while acting as a strong technical and client-facing lead.

**Location**: Trivandrum (preferred) | Hybrid/Remote considered for immediate joiners
**Experience**: 7+ Years
**Work Timing**: UST Time Zone (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST)
**Notice Period**: Immediate Joiners Only

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the **primary technical & client-facing lead** for AI/ML projects.
- **Guide and mentor** the engineering team to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
- Design, develop & deploy **AI/ML and NLP-based enterprise solutions.**:

- Architect and manage **MLOps pipelines** using MLflow, Seldon, and Docker.
- Support **production-grade AI systems** ensuring reliability and continuous improvement.
- Work on **document parsing, forgery detection, and NLP-driven automation.**:

- Build **AI-powered conversational assistants** using Azure Speech Services & multi-agent frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into AI-driven solutions.
- Stay current with the latest in **AI/ML research & innovations.**

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ₹150,000.00 per month
