Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions/products
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Qualification: Minimum +2 / Graduate (Any stream).
- Freshers can apply; experience in sales/marketing will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel as needed
