**Job description**

As a Website Designer & Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You should have a strong understanding of WordPress and PHP, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality web experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites that meet client requirements.
- Customize existing themes and plugins to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring mínimal downtime.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web design.
- Create and manage website documentation, including style guides and user manuals.

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of experience in WordPress design and development.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, API, and JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Familiarity with popular page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Portfolio showcasing previous WordPress projects.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with eCommerce platforms like WooCommerce.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Canva).
