**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Development**:

- Create visually appealing website layouts and designs that are responsive and accessible across devices.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Adobe XD, Figma.
- Ensure design consistency by adhering to brand guidelines.
- **User Experience (UX) & User Interface (UI)**:

- Optimize designs for intuitive navigation and user-friendly interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability tests to refine and improve designs.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Work closely with web developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align website designs with campaign goals.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- **Technical & Visual Optimization**:

- Ensure websites are optimized for performance, speed, and SEO.
- Use graphic design software to create visuals, banners, and other website assets.
- **Problem Solving & Troubleshooting**:

- Identify and resolve design issues to improve user experience.
- Test website functionality and resolve compatibility issues across browsers and devices.

**Requirements**:

- **Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma.
- Basic knowledge of front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify.
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
