Job Title: Receptionist/Front Office Assistant
Locations: Whitefield and Sarjapura
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Operations
1. Manage front desk area, ensuring organization and confidentiality.
2. Monitor and respond to alarm systems, emergency codes, and crises.
3. Collaborate with clinical staff for smooth patient flow.
Administrative Support
1. Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
2. Process admissions, discharges, and transfers.
3. Coordinate patient appointments and scheduling.
4. Prepare and distribute reports, forms, and documents.
Reception and Customer Service
1. Greet patients, families, visitors, and staff with empathy and professionalism.
2. Manage phone calls, answer queries, and direct calls to appropriate departments.
3. Respond to patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in reception, preferably in a healthcare field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficient in ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
