**Requirement**
- At least 2 years of experience in leading or working as head of an Italian department of a busy premium restaurant in a metropolitan city.
**Tasks**
- Manages all day-to-day _A la Carte_ and _Buffet_ operations of the Italian section of the kitchen.
- Prepare a wide variety of Italian, Mexican and other Continental dishes such as _soup, pasta, risotto, nachos, desserts, _etc. following traditional and modern recipes.
- Able to develop, designs, or creates new ideas and items for Italian and Continental department.
- Create new and exciting dishes to renew _restaurant_ _menus_ and engage the interest of customers.
- Ensure excellent and more importantly consistent quality of food production.
- Coordinates activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation to assist co-workers.
- Hire your own department's staff by consulting restaurant manager to fit quality and budgets.
- Plan Italian and Continental menus for banquet events happening frequently at the restaurant.
- Able to help out other departments of the kitchen when they request.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
