**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Research & Development**:

- Conduct experiments and research to develop new products, formulations, or processes.
- Modify existing products to improve performance, cost, or quality.
- Analyze chemical properties of materials, compounds, or formulations and document findings.
- **Laboratory Testing**:

- Perform chemical analysis and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Use laboratory equipment such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis, etc., to perform precise analytical testing.
- Record experimental results and analyze data to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify inefficiencies or issues in production processes and recommend solutions to enhance yield, quality, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering or production teams to implement process improvements.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all laboratory and production activities comply with safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality protocols.
- Maintain proper documentation and reports to meet industry standards (e.g., GMP, GLP, ISO).
- Conduct regular safety audits and promote safe laboratory practices.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Document experimental procedures, results, and observations in clear, detailed reports.
- Prepare and present findings to senior management, stakeholders, or regulatory agencies.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documents, including reports, SOPs, and safety data sheets.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and regulatory departments.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other departments or junior staff when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
