R&d Chemist

**Job Summary**
he will be responsible for handling QC and RND team.
Experience required: min. 5 years.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Conduct research and development of new products.
- To develop new analytical methods.
- Source and qualify laboratory equipment.
- Studying and preparing (if required) research papers, reports, reviews and summaries.
- Making sure that data is accurately recorded in accordance to guidelines.
- Track all R&D/Innovation projects at outside labs ensuring that all labs are working in the right priority order to meet R&D milestone.
- Pre-Screen all submissions from outside labs and analyze conformance to standards.
- Product Quality check as per the standards.
- Guide the RND team & QC chemists in preparation of samples for customers.
- Work with Manager to evaluate submissions with Marketing and communicate redirect feedback to the labs.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry. An advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of ten years’ experience in speciality chemicals or related experience.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
