- **Job Title: Junior Operations & Marketing Assistant**

**Location**:Delhi NCR (occasional travel within Delhi NCR required, reimbursable)

**Job Type**:Full-Time, 5 days a week (with flexibility for weekend work)

**Role Overview**:
This position is designed for a **fast & smart learner **who can wear **multiple hats**, handling a variety of tasks essential to our business operations. You’ll manage everything from bookkeeping and stock control to digital marketing and customer engagement, while gaining valuable experience across different business functions. Suitable training and guidance will be provided on the job, with opportunities for growth as we expand.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping**
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform daily data entries.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations and assist with reporting tasks.
- Knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software is preferred.

2. **Inventory & Stock Management**
- Track inventory levels, ensure accurate stock records, and support regular stock audits.
- Coordinate stock updates for streamlined business operations.

3. **Digital Marketing & Social Media Support**
- Managing social media accounts (primarily Instagram, Facebook, GMB, LinkedIn etc.).
- Help develop content ideas, engage with customer messages, and monitor account performance and managing ad campaigns.
- Skilled in graphic design or social media management tools are a plus.

4. **SEO & Google My Business (GMB) Management**
- Update and optimize our Google My Business profile to boost online visibility.
- Implement SEO strategies for local search optimization.

5. **Cloud Kitchen Operations Management**
- Support daily cloud kitchen operations with a focus on efficient order processing and customer satisfaction. Online platform content, price and scheme/ad management.
- Coordinate with delivery platforms and help manage customer inquiries and feedback.

6. **Sales & Business Development Support**
- Assist in identifying new customer leads and supporting engagement efforts.
- Participate in/Lead fieldwork within Delhi NCR as needed to promote business growth.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in a similar role, with exposure to financial management, social media, and business operations.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with Tally or other accounting software. Designing skills.
- **Other Skills**: Familiarity with social media, SEO and Google My Business management.

## Salary Range:
INR 15,000 - 20,000 per month, based on experience and skills.

- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:
