**Role Overview**
We’re seeking a passionate **Junior Merchandiser** to support our product and inventory management efforts. This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented individual with a flair for retail fashion and pet product styling.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily operations for merchandising: order placement, stock monitoring, and ensuring timely replenishment
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth product flow
- Assist with visual merchandising—arrange and update product displays for photo shoots
- Analyze sales trends and inventory data to forecast demand and manage budgets
- Assist design and production teams with fabric, trim, and packaging selection
- Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, ecommerce, warehouse, and customer-service teams

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion/Textile Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in merchandising—apparel, accessories, or consumer goods
- Good organizational and numerical skills; proficiency in MS Excel is a plus
- Team player with effective communication skills
- Passion for pets and pet-wear a strong plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
