**Job Description**:
Follow SOP Instructions and Process Benefit enrollments/Terms/Changes in the HRIS Systems and Carrier Portals (health, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, etc.).- Assist in annual benefits open enrollment activities.- Perform Benefit Reconciliations and find and resolved Enrollment Discrepancies- Handle data entry, audits, and communication with internal teams and managements- Complete tasks withing deadlines and maintain 100% accuracy in the assigned tasks- Support Senior Processors on new process transitions- Support Senior Processors on maintaining SOP updates, Process Updates- Prepare daily End of the Day Reports in Excel- Assist the Senior Processors on automation of the processors
