We are searching for a dynamic individual who wants to start a career in business development as an intern or fresher. As an online bidder in business development, you will be in charge of creating and sustaining relationships with clients and teams in order to go above and beyond their expectations.

Qualifications And Skills
- Must have 3-6 months of experience working in Business Development
- Graduates with BTech, BCA, MCA degree
- Must have good communication, strong convincing skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently with positive attitude & learning skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Strong interpersonal and client relations skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently, a strong desire to learn and adapt
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must be aggressive and dynamic with a good attitude
- Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Roles And Responsibilities
- Generate business through portals - Like - Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PHP, Guru and etc.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement
- Good knowledge of Software development life cycle and must have knowledge about latest IT software technologies
- Should be comfortable drafting business proposals, submitting response to bids, create reports
- Must have strong business acumen, effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Good at building long term relationships with customers to drive sales
- Proven ability to work independently and self-driven for performance
- Proven track record of exceeding sales target

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
