We're looking for an **Online Bidder** with experience and skills to join our rapidly growing agency & team. As an Online Bidder at MarkeStac, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients while actively seeking new client partnerships.
- **Proposal and Contract Negotiation**: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts that align with both parties' interests.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- **Competitive Analysis**: Monitor competitors' activities and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, leads, conversions, and revenue projections.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business growth initiatives.

Skills Required:

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to convert call leads provided and arrange meetings.
- Strong follow-up on prospects.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Networking skills to expand business connections and opportunities.
- Strategic Thinking
- Some experience with online freelancing platforms like Upwork, Guru, Fiver, etc.
