**Role and Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project status.
- Maintaining project statuses
- Continuous follow-up on project progress with development team and on-site team
- Focusing on activities getting delayed
- Ensuring timely escalations in case of delays and customer complaints
- Maintaining and updating Plan of Action
- Tracking project milestones and deliverables
- Monitoring resources allocation and its timely releases
- Coordinating with on-site and off-site project team
- Planning, organizing and attending Daily project meetings
- Initiating and collaborating with Sales for kick-off meetings
- Preparing and sharing Minutes of Meeting
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and requirements.
- Engaging existing and new customers from acquisition to retention by positive interactions and timely support to address customer inquiries or issues.
- Building relationship by understanding customer needs, anticipating their requirements and providing personalized solutions & support.
- Seeking feedback on project team and performance from customer
- Sharing VoC insights across departments and functions within the organization to ensure alignment and coordination in addressing customer needs. This involves collaboration between marketing, product development, customer support, and other teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Experience of 2 years as a project executive or similar
- Experience of 1-2 year as customer relationship management and engagement
- CAPM, Scrum Master, Agile certifications would be an advantage
- Worked on a software project from Initiation to closure
- Understanding of project management and agile practices

**Software proficiency**
- MS-Office (Word, Power Point, Outlook, Excel, Teams, One Drive)

**Skills**
- Preparing and sharing Minutes of Meeting
- Organised, sincere, punctual and well-mannered individual with high level of professionalism
- Excellent time management
- Possesses impeccable written and verbal communication skills (English)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
