**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact and emotional anchor for all students in the assigned class.
- Prepare and implement age-appropriate lesson plans in line with the curriculum and learning objectives.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Observe and assess each child’s progress and maintain detailed records.
- Conduct regular communication with parents regarding the child’s development and performance.
- Organize and participate in school events, workshops, parent-teacher meetings, and co-curricular activities.
- Support the emotional well-being of each child and provide personalized attention when needed.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and the academic team for curriculum planning and professional development.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education or Child Development).
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory in most cases).
- 1-3 years of experience teaching young children, preferably in early primary grades.
- Warm, nurturing attitude with strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and learning styles.

- Creativity, patience, and adaptability.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive classroom culture.

Pay: ₹17,832.36 - ₹23,000.00 per month
