**Key Responsibilities**:

- Use a **mother teacher approach** to foster emotional and academic development, ensuring a safe and welcoming classroom environment.
- **Develop age-appropriate teaching materials** and learning aids to support curriculum goals.
- Monitor and **track individual student progress**, addressing learning needs with differentiated instruction.
- Promote **social and emotional learning**, encouraging positive behavior and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain open and regular **communication with parents**, including PTMs and daily updates as needed.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school leadership for **curriculum planning and event participation**.
- Uphold school policies and maintain accurate student records, portfolios, and assessments.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education / ECCE Certification or equivalent (NTT / Montessori / B.Ed.)
- Proven experience in teaching pre-primary or early primary grades.
- Excellent **classroom management** and **child engagement** skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Creativity, patience, and adaptability in dealing with young children.
- Familiarity with **play-based learning** and **interactive teaching techniques**.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in CBSE/ICSE or equivalent curriculum.
- Ability to integrate technology and audio-visual tools into lessons.
- Training in child psychology or inclusive education is a plus.

Pay: ₹11,802.88 - ₹42,311.62 per month
